Reason for Choice of this Sample: The sliver was better
quality than a lot of tow available on the handspinning market. I
was pleasantly surprised at how much I enjoyed working with it.

was wound onto a pvcbobbin and boiled in water
and detergent for 30 minutes to remove residual oils. Yarn was rinsed,
wound onto a skeiner, partially dried and hung to finish drying.

crocheted or woven rug. It could also be used for very rustic looking
placemats.
