Preparation for Spinning: Fleece was washed in detergent,
rinsed and air dried. The dried fiber was then drum carded to
blend the length and color. Carded batts were torn and re-carded
into rolags using hand cards.
Reason for Choice of this Sample: It seemed appropriate to use
a Navajo Churro fleece with a Navajo supported spindle. The fleece
was a good length for rolag spinning.

Suggested Uses: This thick "lopi" type yarn would be excellent
for a knitted, fulled bag. It could also be used for alternating
weft shots to hold clean wool locks in "fleece" rug.
