Special effect yarn produced with a blend of fibers
 
Fiber:  wool, synthetic
Type:  Mixed dyed wools, Angelina™ holographic fiber
Preparation for Spinning:  Mixed wools were picked by hand and drumcarded with the Angelina fiber.  Carded batts were split for spinning.
Reason for Choice of this Sample:  This wool was the packing material I received when I purchased my Navajo spindle.  I couldn't let it go to waste.

Finishing:  Yarn was skeined, steamed with  a handheld steamer and dried on the skeiner.
Length of yarn: 
Suggested Uses:  This could be used for a crocheted or knitted poncho or cape.  The yarn would not bag or stretch and the reflection from the holographic fiber would co-ordinate with just about any color.
