Discuss in separate paragraphs how each of these terms, when
incorporated into a handspun yarn, contributes to the overall design in
weaving, knitting, crocheting, and lace making. Include
illustrations, photographs and/or small samples to demonstrate an
understanding of the terms.
I am not a weaver and it seems to me
that you come to a better understanding of these terms through weaving
than spinning and knitting just for fun. I also have zero
design background practical or textbook. This section required a
lot of research and several, several rough drafts before I could come up
with a brief, coherent statement for each item..
A surprise to me, the judges basically seemed
pleased with this section.
