Complete Tables I, II, III, and IV found at the end of the handbook.
These tables may be expanded or computer generated. The
information may be typewritten, computer generated, or neatly
handprinted.
Some of this you really have to dig to find.
Some of the references are contradictory and you just have to choose one
and hope for the best. Some of it I really couldn't find a
complete reference for. Take advantage of the "computer generated"
option. It made the tables a lot easier for me.
Note: Document your sources. While
it is not specified that you document any source in the tables that
isn't a quote, I think the fact that I footnoted like crazy probably
saved me. It showed that I had done my research and as one
examiner put it "different sources can differ...". I think that is
the moral of this requirement--and what makes it so hard. Again,
interesting that the examiners disagreed with each other regarding the
degree of accuracy in my responses.
